Next & New for 2017

The 2017 season is nearly here

We've been busy at Up Hill Down Dale getting ready for the 2017 season. 2017 is going to be bigger than last year & we've got a great new event we've just added to our calendar.
But first we have our first event at Brynkinalt. For those of you that did the 2016 event the 2017 10km and 20km route are largely the same but we've also added a 5km race for this year so if you're doing a couch to 5k or just want to start the session gently Enter Now

Brynkinalt - 5km, 10km & 20km

19th March 2017

The second running of this great event run in the picturesque setting of the Brynkinalt private estate. Theres something to suit everyone; great trails, forest, fields, roads and some (smaller) hills. Don't miss out. Find Out More & Enter

Rebellion Ultra Marathon

3rd to 6th November 2017

135 miles along the full length of the amazing Glyndwr’s Way National Trail. The event runs from Knighton, loops through Machynlleth and then finishes back on the Welsh border in Welshpool. Find Out More & Enter
